WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders shipping outside of the us are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

use the pre-paid UPS return label for complimentary standard shipping on all returns within 14 days of receipt. Once your return has been received, please allow 1-2 business days for your refund to be processed. Items in original condition may also be returned in-stores when accompanied by online purchase order confirmation within 14 days of receipt. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US?

We ship to the us and canada at this time. Shipping, duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout on orders shipping to canada. Please note, additional fees may be due upon delivery.

visit onthisday.shop and sign in to your account to view the current status of all your orders. if you purchased as a guest, use the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email to check the status of your order directly through the carrier. please note, tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear once your order is shipped from our inventory.
